The Snippets on Etsy!

When I look for material to blog about, I always turn to Etsy, my favorite website. Generally, everything on this website is handmade, which is what I love about it! I was looking for wedding cake toppers on Etsy a couple months ago, and I came across this amazing vendor, The SnipPets. First of all, not only are their cake figurines adorable, they are also made with lots of love by Carrie in Lexington, Kentucky! The SnipPets is a company devoted to the awareness of spay and neuturing pets! Here is their definition of a SnipPet;

Plume galore!

Plume galore! Feathers hair pieces are the hottest items to have right now for bridal hair pieces. More and more brides are coming in to Exquisite Bride to buy feathered hair pieces. They are light, airy, romantic, and fashionable. The first two feather pieces pictured below are by Stella Accessories, which is run by a group of awesome girls from LIM College, which is where three of us girls from Exquisite Bride went to college. We love their stuff and everything is handmade!!! All of the other head pieces can be found once again, on our favorite website, Etsy.

Pink Veil Event

This past Sunday, October 4, 2009, Exquisite Bride hosted our first ever Pink Veil Event in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. First and foremost, Exquisite Bride wants to thank Nathalie Nicoli of NV Publicity, for putting this FABULOUS event together. Nathalie puts on the hottest events in NJ, and we are so lucky that we could help her with this event!

While raising money for the Network Of Strength organization, our brides sat in on seminars given by a breast cancer survivor, Exquisite Bridesmaids, Oh So Fabulous Celebrity Event Planners, Sandals Resorts, and Celebrity Make-up Artist Khuraira.

Not only did our brides have so much fun while sipping mimosas, they also chatted with vendors, tried on our couture bridal gowns, bridesmaids gowns, lingerie, and shared laughs and smiles. The Pink Veil Event was an uplifting event that Exquisite Bride takes pride in, and will be holding many more to come!
